TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern your booking and use of catering services provided by Champers in Bali, Indonesia. By confirming a catering package booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Booking Policy

• A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable total estimated package cost and signed acceptance of the event quote.

• All quotes and invoices are issued in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Payments made in foreign currencies via bank transfer or credit card will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of payment.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

• All sales are final. No refunds or cancellations allowed.

3. Venue Access & On-Site Logistics

• The client must ensure Champers staff has guaranteed access to the event venue at least 3 hours prior to the serving time.

• Venue access must include adequate water supply, electricity, and an accessible area for food preparation unless an off-grid catering arrangement was explicitly booked.

• Champers will clean and remove all food prep waste generated by our team. Standard venue cleanup or third-party trash removal outside our service area remains the client's responsibility.

4. Equipment, Breakages & Property

• Any equipment, tableware, glassware, or display items provided by Champers remain our property.

• The client assumes full financial responsibility for any damage, loss, or excessive breakage of Champers equipment caused by event guests. Replacement costs will be billed directly to the client post-event.

5. Alcohol & Licensing

• Champers operates under Indonesian hospitality standards. We reserve the right to refuse alcoholic beverage service to any guest who is visibly intoxicated or under legal drinking age of 21 in Indonesia.

6. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bali, Indonesia.
